I had a bad experience going through the Shaw's site to schedule COVID vax appointments for my kids. When I registered, it told me "the provided Date of Birth meets the eligibility requirements of the vaccines listed below" - and the vaccines listed below included COVID - ages 3 and Up, which is what I checked (kids are 7 and 9). I was trying to keep things low drama for my kids because they are really afraid of needles. ughhhh chose this pharmacy because our walgreens closed and with my bad eyes it was close to home. however there is a girl who is usually working and is very very spacey and unprofessional. she has continually messed up my scripts. i’ve even had to pick up my scripts from her well she’s stands there spaced out sucking on a lollipop. i don’t know how she is still working here!!!!
This pharmacy is beyond disgraceful. The phone is never answered—no voicemail, nothing. And if you need an answer about a medication (which can’t be solved with the useless app or the automated phone menu), your only option is to drag yourself there in person. Once you do, you’re stuck in a line that snakes around the corner with dozens of people waiting well over an hour. Why? Because they only ever have ONE pharmacist on duty. One cannot reach a pharmacist. The recorder on the phone is "...no longer accepting messages..." A great help if you're in trouble. Moved to Kinneys.
