Simon couldn't have been more helpful on my visit today. Firstly he managed to get me in at a time that suited me even-though i know he is very busy. I had previously been to two different garages with this issue and nobody seemed to know the problem, Simon heard the noise in person and identified it straight away, my problem was solved in less than five minutes when other garages had told me it would need potentially a whole engine strip down that would cost me anywhere from a couple hundred to a couple thousand.
