Eric did a fantastic job
Got it fixed and in a timely manner
It was a difficult repair because of hard to find parts but Eric Hansen got it done well! I am going to notify Granville Homes that Shaw Home Comfort has the hard to get shower valve because there are a lot of Granville homes that are using this valve.
Erik came out to attempt to clear a clog in our kitchen drain. He made multiple attempts to save us from having to resort to a hydro jet and ultimately succeeded. I know we will have to deal with that eventually, but now at least it’s not a surprise. Thanks!
Technician came out and looked at our system. He didn’t try to sell us anything and made sure we understood everything that was going on and his recommendations. Will be going back for future services.
