Irvin our technician was amazing, very personal and professional. Could not be more impressed from start to finish with Shaw’s service. Spoke with Wendy on the phone and she was also amazing. My Mom and Dad who are 93 and 91 years old and their air went out Saturday. From my phone call to Irvin showing up was 45 minutes. They came out and fixed my AC. I had a bad capacitor. Good news is it was still under warranty. He cleaned the coils and put new filters inside. My house is cooling off now. It was 87 deg. Down to 81 deg. Yay! Temp is still falling.
