Shawn is responsive, knowledgeable and prompt! We experienced an unexpected leaf spring failure on a boat trailer. It wasn’t an urgent need, yet, but Shawn still responded in less than 24 hours. He asked questions and requested photos to be sure he had the right parts when he arrived. With a cancellation in his reschedule, he called and fit us in even quicker than expected. The clear and concise communication was much appreciated. We will highly recommend Shawn’s services.

Shawn did a great job prepping my 1988 single axle sailboat trailer for a 1000 mile trip from Milwaukee to the east coast. I needed a mobile evaluation/repair done at Milwaukee Community Sailing center just before I left for the trip. He showed up early, assessed the trailer’s readiness and found the bearings needed to be repacked. All this was done in less than an hour and I was on my way. I made the 1000 mile trip with no issues and was glad to have the piece of mind that the trailer was in good shape. Thanks Shawn!
