Facility was clean and very nice, but when I had a change of circumstance and cancelled my reservation 2 weeks after making it, they surprised me by refusing to refund any part of my $75. deposit, without warning. There was no written or verbal notice of this. On top of that, the owner addressed me condescendingly by first name, and accused me of not honouring a promise, as if it were personal and not business.
