Dr. Saddler and her staff were outstanding. I had a knee injury on a Sunday, called my primary that Monday who refused to give me a referral for the ortho (that I already had an appt with that day) because they wanted me to see them in office first (even though I already saw them 1 month ago for my annual and they were 1 hour away from the specialist I needed to see. The best appointment I've had in years - takes time to listen and educate. She's a keeper ;)
Absolutely the best visit I’ve had to a doctor. The staff is courteous and professional and Dr. Saddler made me feel so relaxed. I’ll be referring all my friends and family to her. I was not rushed and she took her time to examine me and explain everything I was concerned about. This is how all doctors should be.
Amazing doctor. Anyone that gives her anything but a 5 has to be the most miserable person in the world
At first, I was pessimistic about the change of doctor's ( From Dr. Donatien to Dr. Saddler) because things always go wrong. But, when I tell you Dr. Saddler is very humble, approachable, superb bedside manners, answers ALL your concerns/questions, to top it off she doesn't rush you by any means necessary. I was amazed.
