My experience this morning at Shawnessy Smiles was most pleasant. Nicole and Dr. Koutsil made me feel very comfortable and not at all anxious while they worked on my teeth. I had two issues, one on each side of my mouth and was expecting to have to make a second trip into the city. I lived in Shawnessy 3 years ago and found them close to my house, just 5 min walking. Now I move to Livingston and I still come to them. The receptionists are welcoming and Dr Roman and his team always do excellent job! My teeth are really sensitive but they never make feel nervous, painless and super relaxing everytime I come.
✨ I’m very happy with my visit! A modern clinic, friendly staff, and professional dentists who explain everything clearly and make sure patients feel comfortable. The atmosphere is so pleasant that you forget about any fear of the dentist. This is now my favorite dental clinic! 💙
