I’m here sitting with my sick daughter, came in at 10 am, the place was mostly full so I told the front counter lady if I could wait in the car, she confirmed my number and told me she would call me. She also said it was about an hour wait. I go in 2 hours later and the second lady tells me they already called my daughter and that she will go in as soon as possible. So unprofessional, rude, and judgemental, I am referring to Dr. Shazia Ali. The clinic is so convenient that accepted walk-in patient but the doctor humiliated me and my partner. It’s traumatic. Never go back in here anymore
Great pretty much all the time, I really appreciate their services as a community walk in. They also work on Saturdays, which is a rarity. They always do their best, from the frontline to the doctors in the back.
I've never had a doctor say "I don't have to explain it to you" before. I went in for a "meet & greet" Dr Ahmed and only wanted to bring up two things; I wasn't expecting anything that day but this was the weirdest interaction with a doctor I've ever had. I've been struggling with depression for years and tried to end it twice in January so I thought I'd try and see a doctor to try and help myself.
