Had windows made and installed so long ago, I can't even remember exactly when they were put in. Really pleased with the quality of them. In the neighborhood of 30 years later, a few minor issues and they STILL stand behind the product! You can't ask for anything more!
Get ready if you are paying buy credit card. There is a 3% fee added. Adds up significantly to an already large bill. And NO, they do not tell you that up front. Shame on you! And you had your sign in our front lawn for 3 months for free advertising.
Don't waste your time with this place, couldn't even order a simple vinyl siding or I should say didn't wanna put forth the effort to order it, I wouldn't recommend this place to cover a dog house, very unprofessional!!!!!!! A joke in short!!!!
Got door, storm door and windows. Air blows through the windows and storm door closes with difficulty and the cheap storm door handle broke off. Called the office and no one called back. I do not recommend them. I think the inside door handle seems suspect at this time.
