I was sent here after contemplating the ride out to the Poconos to another transmission shop but I finally heard from multiple sources that Shawnee was the place to go. Man, am I ever glad I did! The guy at the front desk were more than welcoming and thoroughly explained the process to me from start to finish. Every time a part on our vehicle was touched my phone would ring and they'd give me an update on what they did and what was next. Great place. Very quick an knowledgeable response to question ask, to be honest it's hard to find honest people let alone find a shop with honest people in it. I recommend if you have an issue give them a call. I'm happy with the work done an will be returning. 💪🏿
