My mother in law barely made it out alive. Unanswered call buttons for a diabetic reading at 55 blood sugar. She cant move and they came 2 hours later. On top of that upon leaving after they told the insurance she could walk and got kicked out unless she paid cash. 400 a day whitch she did because she couldnt walk when they said she could. Upon leaving and getting therapy for a couple weeks in home, and was not making progress. Got an xray and the surgery did not work. This is after they said she could walk.
Do not send your elderly loved ones here for rehab! Don't know if they are short-staffed or what, but we're just lucky our loved one survived
My father had to go in for short term rehab. He enjoyed the staff, and the therapy team is one of the best. I'd bring my father back if I needed to.
Grateful for the teamwork in this community that leads to dignified care!
Overall I had a very good stay. The food could be improved, and a few things with staff. I gave detailed feedback to Lauren. Thank you all for taking good care of me! I would to give shootouts, but I don't want to leave anyone out.
