Omgosh!! AWESOME 💯 I've been taking my Kia here since I bought it in 2020 They really are the best. Went in for a simple oil change- for which they found a coupon for me and $aved me $ . Plus my door handle came loose (idky) and fell off. They reinstalled it for me free and fixed my splash guard, no charge. My car is happy and so am I, as usual! 🥳

My engine seized up on the highway when we were going out of town and I just received a recall for the ECU. Thought Shawnee Mission Kia would take care of me and I really thought they were going to. Called them up told them what happened the lady told me my vehicle has 6 recalls in total and that they would take care of all of it. So we scheduled an appointment and I got a tow dolly and a buddy to help me get the car there the day before my appointment. My wife was in the Kansas City area with Kia Sedona, and was having problems. Alyia was so nice and helped us when we were in a tough situation to get us in right away and even give my wife a ride. They fixed the problem in perfect timing so that my wife could drive back to Central Iowa without delay. Very grateful for Alyia and her professionalism. Thanks Kia!!

First, this kid pulls up in my car like it ready, NOT. HE "TEST DROVE" my car for 20 minutes. Totally bogus, he either didnt drive it or wasnt consious enough to fell the whole car shuddering. Apparently, they left coil wires off the engine, just enough of them for me to leave. Car stalled 4 times after I got on the highway. Called Franchesca, she did not take my call, did not call back,,,,EVER. Called the General Manager, no return call from him either (to this day).
