I would like to start with this disclaimer- Lily Converse, my rep, was amazing. This review has nothing to do with her. Lilys communication, her ability to be flexible, was all 10/10. She did her best with the shitty situation this involved and she was kind and patient. I felt that she did have my best interest at heart and that she wanted me to have the best experience possible despite how everything else went. This place is a joke. 2026 Kia Sorento with 28,000 miles on it in for the second time for an oil leak. Vehicle was dropped off on a Thursday and they reached out on Tuesday saying the vehicle was ready for pick up but they could not find the oil leak. They claimed they topped it off with oil because it was obviously low and recommended we drive it for 1000 miles and bring it back. My daughter (who owns the car) brought it to me, I opened the hood and Ray Charles could’ve seen where it was leaking oil! It was over two quarts ... read more
