Run, do not walk away from Shawnee Mission Kia. Brought my car in for some regular service, and told them my radiator fan was making a funny noise. This was before 60,000 miles. They assured me that nothing was wrong with it. Fan ends up going out at about 66000. I should’ve pressed harder but I didn’t then they wouldn’t cover it under warranty and wanted $1800 to fix it. This Kia service center has been prompt, courteous, and kind throughout the last 5 years I’ve dealt with them. I just got help from Alyia today and she was incredible. We had quite a bit of work that needed to be done, all of which we couldn’t do today. The work she did with me and the tech to ensure the things that needed to be fixed ASAP, got done was very much appreciated. She was very responsive and they were very busy…she handled responses and questions as if I was their only customer. Not easily done in busy times!!! T... read more

Tyler is a fantastic advisor! I always look forward to my oil change because seeing he and Beggy’s smiling faces always lied up my day. Even if I receive news that I don’t wanna hear, like I need new brakes or it’s almost time to buy new tires, it’s still always a positive vibe and I really appreciate that
