Dennis in Sales was awesome! But I believe I should've got the loyalty discount $750 off.. I bought a 23, not a 25. And i didn't finance. So that was an issue. I owned my Kia spectra, for 19yrs! They dont even make those anymore. Now that shows loyalty, but they consider customers loyal if you buy brand new and finance.

Terrible business practices. I went in to sell my car to them and I never received my money. I dealt with Jacob Yeasly (I believe this is how you spell his last name) in the trades department. I thought it was strange how he said he would just Zelle me without even asking for my information. I had to remind him to write down my Zelle info. This occurred in January 2026. This place is terrible when it comes to diagnostic work and service. I took my wife's vehicle in several times over the last few months and only one time was something actually repaired. I took it in again recently to have them do a diagnostic ($240) and they wanted to charge me almost $8000 to replace two catalytic converters. I took it to another place for a diagnostic check and all three catalytic converters were severely clogged. I'm completely frustrated that no one is giving me any answers about my vehicle, which has been in the shop for 10 days now for repairs due to attempted theft, and they're supposed to be updating the software. And with that hardware, I don't think I'll ever buy a Kia again.
