It’s finally time to say goodbye to Shawnee healthcare in Murphysboro. Customer service is incredibly poor. I have had people that were seen before me because they did not speak English and the bilingual employee was the next one available, so that person got a cut in front of me. Incompetent and dangerous. I went in struggling with PPD/PPA 9 months postpartum and saw Theresa Johnson. I was not only judged but was told I was just overwhelmed with motherhood and told to put my baby in daycare, stop breastfeeding and sleep train..instead of actually being offered medical help for a chemical and hormonal imbalance. I love the Shawnee I have been a patient of Dr Jeff Ripperda for almost 10 yrs when I say he has gotten me through some of the toughest moments in my life I mean just that he is the way to go for mental health .&addiction.great place
