I have been going here for a few years now. Doctor Roberta and Roxi are absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and always trying to help. My only problem is I am no longer allowed to drive so I rely on Karen Casebolt and she hasn't returned not 1 of my calls in months. I've had to fall back on the transportation and that messes with my anxiety because I don't trust new people very well.
Go somewhere else for primary care. Thats all, I'm saying
They should be investigated, like yesterday.
I was referred to this place by a friend and I am so glad I went, Roberta was amazing and took her time listening to me and all of my questions and concerns and genuinely got to understand my situation and helped me get a proper diagnosis and proper care! This is definitely my go to office for care now!
I've been coming to Shawnee Family Health for a while and there has been a few hiccups along the way, over all, it's an excellent place to bring your family for their medical needs. They are kind and supportive in every way possible
