The staff was wonderful, Dr. Nelson did a great job. I have a lot of dental anxiety and they were very kind and considerate with me. I had a root canal, numbed me up well and I didn’t feel a thing. The front desk was also so kind and flexible with health issues that arose separate from my root canal. Hopefully I won’t need to return but if so, I’d come here.
I had a procedure done here in 2021, the actual procedure and doctor were great but their billing is a mess. I never received a statement in 2021 for what was owed after insurance. 3 years later they told me an audit found I owed money. At this point I had different insurance and no way to look up what needed to be adjusted. I told them I thought this was an error and they continued to insist I pay even 4 years later. Be sure to check your statements.
The doctor was exceptional, and his staff were as well. I am in the Army reserves, and additional documentation is required. Despite their busy schedules he and his staff were wonderful in getting me that information so that the Army could send me to strange places without having to worry about my teeth being an issue! Very grateful, highly recommend this office!
Life can give you a bowl of cherries 🍒 and sometimes the need for a root canal. If you get the latter - Dr. Nelson can make your experience as refreshing as a bowl of cherries. Well, almost. 😆 Wouldn't go anywhere else.
