I adopted a kitten from Sierra’s Haven. Dr. Gail Counts spayed her. One week after her procedure she had to be taken to Chillicothe Animal Clinic. She was showing signs of infection. The Dr said that she had necrotic tissue on her abdomen wall and her reproductive organs had not been completely and properly removed. I see that I can only guess that all the bad reviews are purposely not shown they insisted my two dogs and a cat needed teeth work after they made their money, I lost all three within days of them doing their teeth, they're all in it for the money. And most expensive and worst in figuring out what's wrong with your animals. And look across the street you have Scioto County Dog Pound you would think this Vet would correct that over there, but they make money on that too. RecommendedI just want to thank you for being so quick and gentle and caring with our milly girl! She passed away this morning around 3:50. You guys were so understanding and took such good care of us as we said our goodbyes. I’m also thankful that you were upfront and honest with us about her care instead of beating around the bush. I’m just thankful she’s no longer suffering! And I would recommend you all to anyone needing care for their fur babies! ❤️

SAC staff is absolutely amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They spayed my 80 lb girl and they monitored her overnight with no cost just to make sure she was safe. They sent me a picture and video of her and they had such a comfortable area where she was resting which made me feel so much better considering I was a nervous wreck about her staying overnight. The costs are the cheapest in the area for such amazing service. I am proud to call them my vet!
They only care about money when I brought my cat in that was attacked by a dog and they told me it could be up to 800$ and I told them I didn’t have that much right now I heard a worker in the background say if she didn’t have the money to fix him then why did she just kill him instead of bringing him in. It’s so sick to even think there’s people working there who act like that. Not somewhere I would want any pet to be.
I have to say that you guys have been ABOVE amazing! Kayla as staff has taken great care of our baby Great Dane! He became suddenly sick overnight and by morning lost all his blood and he was tested positive for parvo! The quickness and resilience of Dr. Angie and the team has been nothing short than amazing! This week has been so hard but I am so very thankful for the quick blood transfusions and treatments and round the clock care for our baby boy Rex! We love everyone at SAC!
Very helpful, sweet people. They took great care of our sweet boy that passed even though it was on the weekend and at night. Very thoughtful with a footprint and lock of hair to remember him by.
Very compassionate and accommodating when we lost our twenty year old chihuahua. Saved our outside fur baby when he was hit by a car. Great care for our new fur baby that just turned a year old!!!!
