Very friendly. Listens to everything you say. Takes time with her patients and never rushes then out of her office. Best doctor I've ever seen.
Dr. Yates is fantastic. I really appreciated her “listen to the patient and put them first” state of mind during my appointment. She was very patient and took the time to address my issue, I never felt rushed or unheard. Her communion skills during the appointment and with the pharmacy regarding my prescription were excellent. The process of scheduling an appointment was easy and I was able to be seen promptly. Everything and more that a patient could want from their primary care doctor.
Shawna is the most amazing provider in Cortez. She cares about all her patients and will go out of her way to take care of them. She is professional, personable, caring, and reliable. She puts others a over herself and provides a safe and comfortable environment for her patients. I couldn't recommend her enough. I've never felt so welcome and comfortable on a doctor's office before. Shawna is the best.
I have no words to express the appreciation and level of care that my brother received today. I’ve never seen a more detailed and compassionate provider. Her level of professionalism and dedication to her patients far exceeds anything that I have experienced.
I only had the privilege of having her as my Dr. for a very short period. She was amazing! She was kind , a good listener and she truly cares. I would follow her anywhere if I can find her again. I would be SO happy to hear from her and follow her to conquer my medical needs.
