Shawna was exceptional. We viewed a lot of homes to find the best fit for ourselves and my parents. She was patient and determined. I wish I could give more stars! Shawna went above and beyond and made selling the house while I was out of state smooth and helped us navigate any bumps along the way. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us the information we needed to make many decisions without pressuring us. Her creative and fun marketing got us a generous offer in about a month. She made the emotional sell of my childhood home much less painful and I feel like I gained a friend along the way!
