Dr. Kauffman has been an excellent PCP and has always shown sincere concern with my health. Weird to say but if she makes every patient feel as special as she does me, she’s doing something right. I’ve worked for a lot of medical providers and I know many can be somewhat arrogant. Dr. Kauffman, however, projects humility. She doesn’t let her degree define her humanity and that says a lot in my book.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This practice itself is a hot mess. My other doc here left without any notice to me (she was actually pretty good and I suspect left because of the mess this office and Norton in general is). I was told I could go to this doctor but her wait was for MONTHS and MONTHS. So fine, I wait. Here's the thing though - I needed a refill on my prescription for cholesterol med. CVS needed them to call it in because it didn't transfer from Walgreens. She refused to call it in, saying I'll need to see her first. She r... read more
She simply AMAZING, she actually takes time and it shows that she really cares, both me and my husband sees her and we NEVER had a bad visit. Shes like the BEST doctor ever. Love her❤💕❤
