Highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. . We decided to purchase a home, in Mira Bay, in late June. We contacted Shawna. Given her efficiency, we saw a very small number of suitable homes, made an offer on the home we ultimately purchased, and closed the transaction in 30 days of offer acceptance (closing August 26th).
