I hired his service and asked him about the negative comment that was in his reviews, he stated that the woman who said he was rude, took his words out of context, and he meant no harm; it's just the way he talks. Against my better judgement, I decided to accept his word, since it was one review. I would soon regret not giving enough attention to him say, it's just the way he talks (when people tell you who they are believe them). Shawn responded quickly and was able to schedule an appointment right away. The clean went longer than expected and Shawn was very professional the entire time. He did amazing work, and my place has never looked better. I will be booking Shawn regularly after the initial deep clean. I would recommend him to everyone!
Shawn did a fantastic job at the last minute when our old landlords fell through on move-out clean and we needed a quick turn-around (on a Sunday no less!)
