about roy! i've heard conflicting stories about roy. he definetly does not answer emails. can you tell me more about him?
Hold onto your money Roy, the owner, starts out as your best friend. However, the slightest hint of criticism causes him to overreact and become very emotional. He actually said "I'm very emotional" He charged me thousands to do electrical work which requires a permit and he never obtained the permit despite it being in the contract. He refused to finish my kitchen. I wish I had used someone else.
