I hope the next time you need urgent care, you are fortunate enough to get Dr. Franklin. He is everything you want in a doctor: experienced, intelligent, compassionate, and an excellent listener and communicator. I have been treated for an infection for months but only after being seen by him do I actually feel like I am improving. I wish he worked as a PCP because I trust him and greatly appreciate his talents.
