Shawn has done my plumbing work--both major and minor--for about ten years. He is meticulously honest, reliable, and competent. Both he and his wife (phone person) are courteous and accommodating. Five+ stars.
Took an hour trying to put wrong hose on at my expense. Then ran drill from garage into Carolina room trying to put spigot on patio. Drill came very close to wiring. Toilet still leaking. Completely incompetent so called plumber
