I was referred to Shawn by a friend after struggling with ongoing headaches, migraines, brain fog, and emotional and nervous system issues from a car accident in 2020. Shawn is an amazing healer. She supports the healing process by truly listening to the body and using a multi modality practice to guide her. She has been a huge part of my healing when I was suffering from frozen shoulder and now again as I manage the after effects of a car accident. I am so grateful I found her and will work with her indefinitely! I have done both in person and virtual sessions with her and have found them both to be equally effective, supportive and healing.

Shawn is nothing short of a miracle-worker! She was able to release tension and increase mobility throughout my body that multiple practitioners (physio, chiro, acupuncture, etc) were unable to attain over multiple visits. Her ability to listen to your words and read your body makes her extremely effective and efficient. 12/10!
