I've been getting my insurance through Shawn for years now. I was recently in an accident that wasn't my fault and did not need to involve my insurance. Shawn and his team were still there for me with amazing advice through the ordeal. When it came to switching coverage over to my new vehicle, they got that processed in just a couple of minutes over the phone.
I was a customer over 15 years. This company has now decided to raise rates whenever they feel is necessary and not notifying you they also charged me over $1000 on a car I canceled insurance on over a year ago and called it back pay I was never given a refund that is actually stealing and they will get away with it do not do business with this company I use liberty mutual which is a quarter of the price.
