Shawn did a fine job selling my mother's house. However, I'm only giving him a three star rating because he did not follow up on a promise he made to me to provide me with the pictures and video of mom's home on a stick to have as a wonderful memory of home. I reminded and emailed many times over a year and have not received it. It is very disappointing and I wish I had gotten someone else to do this for me.
