Driving to Oswego this morning and got to the lane merge where the paving was going on. I had to merge and admittedly had to cut off a Shawn's excavating dump truck. I guess i could have anticipated better but i signaled and got in front of him. He honked at me, fine, my bad but then he pulled up along side me at the light in Oswego and lost his mind.
