He is nice and seems to know his stuff. I think most of my complaint is for the system around him (Mercy). I went in for a checkup in Oct 2025 after a few years away from doctors and I got the impression I was just a number in a long line of patients. First they brought me back to the doctor’s room and I was there for maybe 30min before he walked in. Why didn’t I just stay in the waiting room? I’m a physician myself, and I chose Dr. Brummett to be my primary care provider. He knows his stuff and my experiences with his staff and scheduling have always been smooth.
Very uncaring if he sees you at all. Usually a nurse and then my insurance won't pay. Changed to Mercy Prime Plus off of New Hope Rd Ten Stars for sure. GREAT care. Very caring and thorough. Never had care like this before. Brummett wouldn't even order a PSA test. Said it wasn't necessary after 70 years old Say What? What kind of doctor would say that to a patient?
Dr. Brummett is very nice, attentive and listens carefully to your concerns. The other staff members of the clinic are all friendly and professional. They also respond quickly to in prescription refill requests without creating unnecessary trips back to see them.
Really good doctor! Glad i choose him as our family pcp! My kids liked him and felt comfortable with him. He seems to actually care about his patients and listens to our concers and explains things how a doctor suppose to!
