We signed with this agent to be our seller agent. He was arrogant and did not fight for us as sellers. His main concern was his commission. We had to sign multiple extensions on our closing which forced us into the next month and us having to make an additional mortgage payment, taxes, etc. This should have never happened if he had been on top of the deadlines and making sure they were met in both sides. He and his office continually put all the blame on the buyer agent and lender.
Shawn helped my children and I more than any one person in 2024 and has had a meaningful and positive impact on my life.
