Do not get insurance with this office. Absolutely horrible. I had multiple policies here including auto and homeowners. I cancelled my insurance with them and went to Allstate in 2016. I just got my mortgage statement and State Farm had billed my lender and got paid the 2017 premium even after it was cancelled, even after proof that I switched to Allstate was provided. I have submitted a claim with the NC Insurance Commissioner and am waiting for the results now
This is the best State Farm office I have ever been insured with. They handle my car, home, and life! Will never g anywhere else for my insurance needs!
