I cannot recommend Shawn Frazier enough! She took over my case when my prior lawyer was unable to complete the process, and she was able to successfully settle my case in no time. She was very thorough and her communication throughout the process was stellar. I received regular updates on my case from both her and her staff. My wife and I were sitting at a stop light when someone hit us from behind. I injured my shoulder and neck, and my wife hurt her neck and back. We contacted Shawn, and she took it from there. She is always available for any questions, and doesn't back down to the large insurance companies. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and how she helped us through the process.
