He is a finest PCP one can find. Dedicated to his patient and their needs, he treats every question as important, his knowledge is vast and thorough, and his bedside manner is professional and reminiscent of old school doctors who truly got to know and understand the needs of his patient. imo...There may be others that are equal, but there are none finer.
I've been a patient of Dr. Fitzgerald since I chose OU as my medical care provider. I was disappointed when he left Family Care awhile ago and I was stuck with a different doctor who didn't know anything about me or my medical needs. When I found out that he was coming back I immediately wanted him to be my primary care physician again. Good to have him back with OU Family Medicine. Thanks Doc!!! and Thank you OU Medical Center!
Awesome guy, always calls to check on his patients, will take extra time if needed to make sure the problems are addressed. I am so thankful he is my wife's doctor. I wish I had insurance so he could be my doctor.
I took my infant daughter in for an allergic skin reaction on Thursday. He prescribed an ointment he knew may not be covered by insurance. He told me to call today, Friday, if I could not get the medicine so that he could call in an alternative. I have called 3 times today. NO ONE called in my daughter's prescription. He has left an 18 month old without medicine over a WEEKEND. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HEALTH TO THIS UNCARING AND CALLOUS PSUEDO PHYSICIAN. I will be filing a formal complaint with OU Medicine Monday morning. TERRIBLE... read more
