Amazingly disappointing level of compassion for first time patient. My husband called, letting them know that the address that THEY provided took him to the wrong location. This office is an hour away from our home and it was his first appointment at this clinic. He called Dr. Schochs office to let them know that he would be 5 minutes late. The doctor refused to wait despite being given a heads up of an unavoidable error. Dr. Schoch handled my rather complex ankle reconstruction and achilles tendon repair. She walked me through every step of the process and answered every question. I went in seeing her after being told I'd probably not be able to walk again unaided. After 2 surgeries with Dr. Schoch not only can I walk just fine I can run, jump, climb, hop, ride a bike, hike. And I'm 4 years post-op.

Dr Schoch is knowledgeable, communicates well, and very nice. Her office has been super helpful and efficient with my work forms. Highly recommend!
