Had our hot water tank replaced by Shawn Contracting. Everything about the experience went smoothly, from getting a quote from office manager Nancy to replacing our tank by Shawn and crew. They were timely, efficient and professional. A pleasure to deal with.
July, 2023. Hot water tank was only producing only warm water. Called Shawn's Contracting due to my 2020 experience. He was initially sorta put out over the phone that one of his installed machines wasn't working properly. He diagnosed the problem with me over the phone, asking various questions and things to check. Gave me a quote. My wife and I needed to replace our old Powervent Gas Hot Water Tank with a new one. Everyone at Shawn Contracting was fantastic to deal with and the installation went extremely smoothly.
