Not worth the hassle. Would not recommend. We decided to go with State Farm as they quoted us at a rate less expensive than our current policies with Allstate. We paid the quoted rate for 2 months, but then suddenly the rate was (significantly) increased with a poor explanation as to why. Along with the increased monthly rate being directly paid from our bank account, we also received bills in the mail. Upon calling to ask why, were told to ignore the bills? This happened twice. I called for an insurance quote and it ended up the agent I was speaking to was in North Carolina, but I actually needed insurance in Virginia. The agent, Melissa Warner, proceeded to look up online at Virginia DMV all the information I would need to register my car, and get tags in Virginia so that I could get insurance. She went above and beyond her call of duty and job description and saved me from making some mistakes that would have cost me time and money. Thanks for your great work!
