I have been with the Arhens Family Clinic for 30 years. When Dr. Bogle first took over the clinic practice, he was great. However, as years passed he has become increasingly lethargic about his practice and patients. Very disappointed in his treatment and attitude towards my health concerns. Misdiagnosis of several past and recent medical conditions has caused me to leave and find another provider. My review is one of caution.
I have never been more disappointed in my entire life. The intake staff member appears to be one of those people with too much power and not enough brains. The doctor never saw me. The intake staff did not review my questionnaire. When she started the intake interview and asked about cancer in my family, I said, yes, I had cancer. She was shocked, THEN looked at the form. After a few more questions, NEVER covering the form submitted, I was told the doctor would be in to see me in a few minutes. That promise was NOT honored. ... read more
Very upset w/ doctor discontinued being my doctor after1 appointment. Said he did not feel like he could meet my needs. I went to get help with my nerve pain and asthma and to set up a primary for me and my family. The doctor most likely discontinued me due to my nerve pain and prejudice against me because I have searched for help. What a messed up feeling, I have had such a hard time getting help because I have a pain issues. The kindest staff ever. Doctor Bogle is the best. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. I am so happy to have found them. I don't dread going to the doctors anymore. It's always a pleasure.
