From the very first discussion of putting our house on the market, Shawn was working 150% above our expectations. We were living in another state and Shawn organised all quotes and handled all the scheduling of trades. He always made sure the house was looking its best for every open day. Shawn always personally kept us in loop with any activity regarding our house. I cannot recommend Shawn highly enough for anything Real Estate. He is personal, approachable, available, honest and reliable.
Before reading the review, I would like to articulate that in addition to my experiences below, I had a very intimidating and uncomfortable phone call this morning from the business manager, and I was advised by Fair Trade to make a report which I’ve done 12/03/26 I wish words could fully express how disappointed I am with McGrath. I wish words could express my disappointment with McGrath. Having rented through them for the last 6 years, time and time again they’ve failed on their part to advocate for the tenants, discriminating us and fully supporting the landlord at all costs to us. For 4 years we had a ceiling leak with black mould on our ceiling and walls, only to be repaired last year For 6 years our patrio veranda lights flooded only to be permanently removed last year, rendering the outside patio space useless in the evenings for family gatherin... read more
