Dr Bao is a sweet doctor. Doesn’t provide a diabetic exam just comes in and goes over the blood test that was performed from your LAST visit. However his staff or St Vincent staff is a completely different thing. Took 3 weeks for a call back. Still waiting on my medication and the proper paperwork to be completed correctly (prior authorization). Good thing my PCP is helping. I have had many drs being diabetic and he is the FIRST one to actually test me and diagnose me with Type 1 after 15 years and put me on the right medicines and right track to get better. I couldn't be happier with him as my dr.
