Told me I may have a pretty severe condition. They "ordered" a genetic test and I got my blood drawn only to find out 4 weeks later they messed up the order and it never happened. I only found out when I went to my scheduled appointment and they had nothing to tell me. Didnt even check before hand that they had all the info for my visit. I've worked with Dr. Allen for years and have seen him as a patient too for migraine treatment. I've struggled with severe migraines for many years and I finally have gotten the treatment I've been searching for. Dr. Allen as a physician is very attentive, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate.
