Did what they said they would do, I am now debt free thanks to Attorney Shawn Doan and his staff.
Shawn filed my Chapter 7 a few years back, despite having good income there was no way to get out from under a heavy debt load incurred with my business. Had some tax issues I didn't think I could discharge but Mr. Doan was able to include about $50K owed to IRS/FTB. Highly recommend this office, I understand he has 4 brothers and his dad that are all attorneys practicing exclusively in bankruptcy.
I retained this firm early last year (Escondido Office) to file a bankruptcy due to a job loss/foreclosure I was facing. Fortunately I found employment and was able to not only stop the sale of my house but Doan Law was able to negotiate a loan modification with our lender, which allowed us to exit the bankruptcy all together and continue living. Thanks Wil, Mona, and the entire staff at Doan Law!
