Rushed sales, which suited us at the time; we were anxious to get out and enjoy our new ATV. Apparently, even when you spend $12,000 on a vehicle with them, a quarter tank of gas is all they feel you deserve. Others got free shirts and to ring the sales bell, but not us. Had a horrible experience with this company. Put in my Goldwing and an very inexperienced mechanic worked on it, killed battery, did mis-wiring that shorted out foglights, and didn't do what they charged for. I cannot believe the level of excuses their management gave and I will continue to post reviews online and keep this alive, they have basically scammed money from me while making excuses for their poorly trained tech. I just picked up a used 2007 Honda Shadow Spirit (VT1100C) and love the ride. I am not so pleased with the dealership; Fox Shawmut Hills in Grand Rapids, MI where I purchased this bike. Prior to my purchasing this bike, they assured me this bike had been completely “gone through” by their Service Department and that everything was perfect on it. I found different.
