Fast talking sales guy and poor customer service Purchased a Bosch washer and dryer from these guys last year and immediately had problems with it going out of balance. They sent technicians over to balance it, but still doesn't work. The door was damaged and they said they would order a new door, but haven't heard from them since then. They are bad about returning calls too! Plenty of other places to get your appliances from, don't take a chance with them.
Great Service! We've bought all our major appliances since moving here at Shawel's and have been very happy. Their prices are low, and selection large. Their service is unparalled in the area.
