Would not recommend, the management has a lot of issues from maintaining the park to rent increases out of control, and some of the residents are the worst people I’ve ever had to meet, had to go to police and make reports and sell right away, I will never buy in a place like this again and would strongly advise not too. Is not a vacation home is a nightmare.

This isnt a typical trailer park. beautiful grounds and really nice modular homes. Very nice place
I just love Shawcrest. My patents live there. We love visiting. I wish they still had the Bar/Restaurant up the street
Directions were spot on. As a visitor I found the whole community absolutely gorgeous. The homes & grounds are spotless & beautiful ly decorated on the outside.
