I ordered the beef & lamb shawarma and was shocked with ground beef used in the wrap instead of actual shawarma. Very disappointing. I also ordered the falfal wrap and it was undercooked as the photo shows. Never re-orderering that's for sure. If there was a zero star rating, I would select it

Got food poisoning!!! Was in the city for couple of nights and left with barely any halal options I landed here. All was good but put so much garlic to cover up that they didn’t put much meat in the wrap. Their pie was alright but soaked it in molasses. I started to feel the food in my stomach within the next 1 hour I knew it was over for me. I’m so irritated they ruined my trip.

Management has started dropping the ball. They are grinding down the goodwill they had created in the beginning, by having great customer service and flavor experience. Now, the food is lacking, they don't seem to be aware of how the restaurant is being run, while they aren't present. Portions are smaller, and quality is suffering. They need to hire proper staff that can consistently give the same quality of prepared menu items. It takes 45 minutes for one item.
