Bills never come on time. Power keeps getting turned off because I never know when my bill is due. So aggravating.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone on the phone, thank goodness you cannot report outages online or there would be real issues.
Beware of the new online bill pay. I got charged $25 fee for what they say was a "No Acct/Unable to Locate" Acct was entered and double/triple checked my checking account information that was entered onto the online profile!!! My bill has been paid by me manually and way before the due date every billing cycle until the new online billing. No thanks from here on out I will pay in person!!!
