Terribly uncooperative. The one and only time my bill payment was delayed by a few days and they wouldn’t even consider refunding the late fee. Way to treat a loyal customer with respect and fairness. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! 🤬
I recently moved to Shawano and I received a bill for 12.57 for the first couple weeks. I forgot it was a holiday weekend and so my check was cashed 3 days after the due date. CASHED!!! They charged me a late fee. But what really PISSES me off is they literally sent me a fricken CANCELATION notice 😤 😑 😒 Shitty customer service!!!!! SMH 😤😡😠
Bills never come on time. Power keeps getting turned off because I never know when my bill is due. So aggravating.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone on the phone, thank goodness you cannot report outages online or there would be real issues.
