Called in hopes to schedule an appointment to get educated on Marvin windows for a project I’m working on but instead was made to feel like an unimportant idiot. Thank god these guys aren’t the only Marvin window dealers in town.
I'm working with a contractor to replace 14 windows in my 1930s home. He directed me to visit Shaw Stuart to see the types of Marvin windows available so that he could then quote me the option I choose and order them through Shaw Stuart. The showroom is open only on weekdays, and I work full-time, so I had to use my lunch hour to visit. When I got there, staff were in a meeting and no one could assist me.
