Worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. As someone who has been with Axis for almost 6 years and currently carries three home insurance policies, I would have expected at least the bare minimum level of service. Apparently, that was asking too much. Our policies are assigned to Leanne, who seems to have mastered the art of being completely unavailable. I paid 100% of the premium and gave written instructions regarding the refund. Those instructions were not followed, and part of the refund was issued to someone else. The matter required multiple follow-ups to resolve, and I ultimately had to seek legal advice. This experience raised serious concerns for me about oversight and client protection.
