I was disappointed by the service I received. Last year, was sent me the insurance documentation with no explanation whatsoever, and was expecting me to just fill in the documentation on my own, which ended up being a frustrating process as I had to re-fill the documentation once my agent finally agreed to walk me through the documentation.
