I cannot recommend Adrian at Axis Insurance enough. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable, he is just a genuinely kind person who makes you feel like a priority. He took the stress out of the entire process and was so patient in answering all of my questions. I’ve been reaching out to them for a refund countless times and so far it’s been months without receiving my refund. I’ll soon be calling their regulator and will be filing a chargeback through my credit card. Never trust these scammers
Worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. As someone who has been with Axis for almost 6 years and currently carries three home insurance policies, I would have expected at least the bare minimum level of service. Apparently, that was asking too much. Our policies are assigned to Leanne, who seems to have mastered the art of being completely unavailable.
