I paid 100% of the premium and gave written instructions regarding the refund. Those instructions were not followed, and part of the refund was issued to someone else. The matter required multiple follow-ups to resolve, and I ultimately had to seek legal advice. This experience raised serious concerns for me about oversight and client protection.
