Highly recommend! They fit me in right away & did a great job on everything (brakes, new tires, & oil change). Great communication and reasonable prices. Very reliable & trustworthy! They even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to arrange for an Uber after dropping my vehicle off. Definitely would use again & recommend to all!
My water pump failed and Shaw's was the closest auto shop. What luck! Though they had a backlog of work they ordered parts and repaired my vehicle immediately. The price was more than reasonable and Mickey even test drove my suv to make sure I had no problems. I sure wish I lived closer. I'd highly recommend Shaw's to everyone in the Reservoir area.
Thank you Shaw for helping my baby with her little tune up! Out of all the mechanics I’ve ever been to you have been the most honest and transparent with me. Being a single mama of three babies makes me leery of new mechanics but you gave me no reason to feel unsafe putting my car in your hands.
