Awesome staff!!! Reasonable prices
We purchased an Alta 3150KBH travel trailer. I accidentally hit it with a 360 lawnmower. Took it back under auto insurance for repairs. Allie was a wonderful customer service agent as well as Mark Brady the service manager. They ordered parts and did an outstanding service job for less than we expected. I would definitely recommend Shaw RV for any RV repairs. They were above and beyond for us! Thanks again for taking such good care of your customers.
Rick made the whole experience an amazing thing. Not pushy at all, he took the time to educate us on products and how they fit our intended use for our family. Also worked with team members at the Raleigh location and they were super helpful! Up front, down to earth, and genuinely kind people to work with. Looking forward to using our travel trailer for years to come. Worth the drive from Fayetteville, would recommend from any other area in NC as well.
